Donation Process

Shepherd's Closet and Closet, Too inventory comes from our generous donations. Donations are accepted Tuesday - Friday and on Saturday mornings. All donations are to be dropped off utilizing our backdoor, off the alley, east of the stores. Please ring the doorbell to let our staff and store volunteers that you have something to drop off. We ask that you keep the clothing drop-offs seasonal appropriate, as we do not have the storage space to keep items season-to-season. If you have more than a trunk/truck load of items to donate, please call ahead to ensure we will be able to assist you upon arrival. Also, if you have larger furniture items to donate, please call ahead so we can make room. Please use white kitchen bags or smaller boxes when donating goods.
